I saw it in an advanced screening so I'm not sure if it is the same as the released version but I thought it was more heartfelt than funny. It's not 40 year old virgin by any means. I think that was my problem when I went to go see it. I thought it would be the same in terms of laughs. It was a really funny movie but it is also more of a feel good film.

THe critics (lol) are saying it's an 'instant classic'.
My nephew (a movie-phile like myself) saw it over the weekend and says it was not only HILARIOUS but the best movie so far this year (except for SM3)... so buzz is good about this movie... as long as it doesn't get overhyped, it will probally be well worth the time and ticket price! :-)

Knocked Up was very funny. I don't think it is good for younger children though . It is more of an adult comedy. I recommend seeing it.

I loved it, I watched it last night. It's really funny, but becomes more serious towards the end. It's well scripted and well acted.

yeah i saw it. in the beginning it was really good,, but the ending seemed like it was drawn out. very graphic. very funny.
