I want to create a cd for her about her situation. She is in a relationship where she doesn't feel she is strong enough to leave, everytime she tries to leave him alone, she goes right back. He isn't abusing her or anything but she knows he isn't the guy for her.

I'm not clear if you want to empower her to go or songs that reflect her situation but here's my list (it's a mix of both):

Ashanti - Foolish/Unfoolish
Grenique - Should I
Macy Gray - I Try
Deborah Cox - Hurt So Much
Heather Headley - In My Mind
Heather Headley - I Wish I Wasn't
Allure & 112 - All Cried Out
Shanice - Yesterday
Boyz II Men - Pass You By
Kevon Edmonds - No Love
Divine - Lately
Deborah Cox - Play Your Part
Tamia - Officially Missing You
After 7 - Until You Do Me Right
Brian McKnight - One Last Cry
Blue Magic - Sideshow (Old Skool)
JLo - Be Alright (I know, but it's a good song)
Toni Braxton - Let It Go
Toni Braxton - Seven Whole Days
Brandy - Tomorrow
TLC - Unpretty
Natalie Cole - When I Fall in Love
Roberta Flack & Donny Hathaway - You've Lost that Loving Feeling
Chante Moore - Bitter

Christina Aguilera - Fighter
Heather Headley - Losing You
India.Arie - The Heart of the Matter
4Example - I'd Rather Be Alone
Alicia Keys - Woman's Worth
Babyface - What If
Billie Holliday - Good Morning Heartache
Changing Faces - All is Not Gone (for when she leaves and wants to go back)
Dru Hill - One Good Reason
Earth Wind & Fire - After the Love Has Gone
Erykah Badu - Certainly
Fantasia - Free Yourself
Janet Jackson - What About
Outkast (from Idlewild Soundtrack) - Call the Law
Salt N Pepa - Independent (I know you want R&B but it's good)
Quincy Jones (from Back on the Block) - Don't Go for That
Sunshine Anderson - Heard it All Before
TLC - Bad By Myself (from their first one)
Tracie Spencer - Tender Kisses
Whitney Houston - Try it On My Own
Mary J. Blige - Not Gon Cry

That's all I can think of now.
