Yes, I do look back. I did some really crazy, stupid stuff, but for the most part, I have no regrets. Things that happened are in the past and there is nothing that can be done about it, so why dwell on them?
However, to answer the second part of your question most of the stuff I have done is mostly good. Just a little bit of bathroom wall material!
