combine and then break it down
√3*√12=√36
√36= √9√4
3*2=6

The easiest way to solve this is when you realize that the sqrt of a number times the sqrt of a number is the same as the sqrt of their product. i.e. √a * √b = √(a*b)
So for your problem.
√3 * √12 = √(3*12) = √36 = 6
All done easily in your head. Sure is faster than digging out a calculator to solve for √3 and √12 and then multiplying them.

sqrt(12)=sqrt(4) times sqrt(3) = 2 times sqrt(3),
therefore sqrt(3) times sqrt(12) = sqrt(3) times 2 times sqrt(3) = 2 times 3 = 6

6

square both, multiply, and then find the √

√3 * √12
(√3 * √3) * (√12 * √12)
3 * 12
36
√36
6

hope you understand the way i did that

sqrt(3) Times sqrt(12) = sqrt(3)* sqrt (12)
But, we know that sqrt(12) = sqrt(4*3)
= sqrt(4) * sqrt(3)
So, sqrt(3)*sqrt(12) = sqrt(3) * sqrt(4)*sqrt(3)
But sqrt(4) = 2 and sqrt(3) * sqrt(3) = 3.
So, = 3 * 2
= 6
