What are all of the new parts that I would need to buy to fix this problem?

Call a parts store and ask for a Head Gasket set, this should include all the gaskets you need to replace for the engine. Typical costs about $80-$150. You may also have to replace the head bolts too as some cars have head bolts that stretch as you torque them down.
I would recommend taking the head to the machine shop to verify that it is not warped or cracked.
As long as the engine has not been damaged, that should be all you'll technically need.
If your engine uses a timing belt, since you're already tearing down the engine, I recommend replacing the timing belt at this time too.

Go to Autozone and get a chilton's or apprpriate book on your car, 13 bucks, it will take you through it step by step, and one thing it won't tell you to use is a digital camera, take a bunch of pictures before you start, just in case, you can delete them afterwards.
