Tell your kids (sons especially) put it on before you put it in or you'll pay for it later.

Did the State support your son when you left him in the care of his Grandma? If so that is why they are wanting the money back. If we have children we should try and support them. You've done well being married and having other children, so who is raising your first son now? You talk about your life but has anyone considered this son you have that is 9 years old? Grow up and stop whinning about supporting a child you had or either take and raise him yourself.

You should be paying child support to the grandparents who are supporting your son. Call a lawyer and make sure she never sees a penny of that money.

the money sould go to the person whom has legal custody of the kisd so if grandma has him grandma should get the money.contact yor childs social worker which I am sure he has... u'll have to pay... period... weather she's a crack head or not the government doesnt care, but i would contact social services and tell them thats she getting the money and the grandma should.
The state doesnt care about your reasons so remeber that.Just support your son to the best of your ability.
GOOD LUCK

Well the only option I know of would be to get a lawyer. Why don't you try to get custody of him! That is ridiculous that you have to pay her. But you should be paying whoever is taking care of him.

Whoever the guardian is, that person is entitled to child support. If you didn't want to father a child, you should have used a condom.

you are going to have to find a way to get a lawyer - call every one you can find and see if they will do a payment plan - see if family can loan you a retainer, get a title loan on your car...something...
this is NOT something you can fix on your own.

If you were man enough to make a baby, be man enough to support your own child.
Shame on you!
