Yes most of the time, i have extreme paranoia. If i stand at a window i think all my neighbours are looking at me, if i go outside i think they are watching what im doing. If i walk into town i think everyones observing my every move so i go stiff.
Sometimes i think someones watching me when i brush my teeth like a ghost.
Im going to see about some counselling methinks! :o(
