It's called procrastination and yes, I do it all the time. I also get to the point that my thoughts turn into worries and that's stopped me from going for certain jobs and asking people out etc. Sometimes I wish I wasn't like that as I can't think of any benefits to being that way.

If I'm getting on with the things I should be doing it stops me from thinking too much. I'm terrible for thinking and worrying about what could happen before it even does happen.

Yea, then I started writing out lists and making sure I got half of the things done I put on thelist before I go to bed.

I see it this way...."Reply with your life, and then....suddenly you are NOT thinking f what to do, but what to do NEXT!!! It really works when you cop on and perform a random act of kindness......and that is contagious so be sure and use the buddy system!
