Apparently you are unfamiliar with the Constitution. Everyone is entitled to a fair and speedy trial. That usually means a trial lawyer. One is likely to be appointed by the court for them. If anything that lawyer is an America loving lawyer because he is doing his part to uphold the Constitution and not allow a rush to judgement but give a fair and speedy trial to the accused. I am so amazed how people who accuse others of hating America know so little about the Constitution.

Just because burning at the stake has a certain appeal in some cases, does not mean we would do it or approve of it. Its just a small evil fantasy.
Of course they will get a public defender,the point is who in the media is defending them. They are toast in this life and the one to come.

The unfortunate court appointed attorney who gets selected for this one. Everyone is entitled to legal counsel, even suspects of terror attacks.

Sad thing is. . . . somebody will have to do it . Perhaps Ruth can explain how they overcome personal feelings when it comes to defending scum like this . I hope they get representation that just barely qualifies as sufficient . No appeals based on inadequate representation . But just enough to qualify as sufficient !!

if we are to ever defeat terrorist we must remain true to our values and Our Values say that a person is innocent unless proved guilty and that every one is entitled to a defense.
Would you deny them a defense? And if so are you then not guilty of aiding terrorist in destroying our way of life?
