When you go on the bycicle road, you will see a cave to your right. In reality, there are two caves, one is underneath the road and the other is the one you can see regularly. Go in the hidden entrance and move the boulders and go to your left. That is where you will find them.

All you have to do is after you beat the elite four go to jubilife city and go to the global trading station and trade with someone who has a gible trust me this is how i get most of my cool Pokemon . Hey and guess what that's were i got my 1st gible now i have a strong garchomp !!!
