I want an inexpensive 1-2 bedroom apartment that is clean, good windows and insulation, an up-to-date heat source, off-street parking, snow and garbage removal included. I want it to be in a quiet neighborhood and have a shower with a tub. Laundry facilities are a bonus, but not required. And I'd like to have this before Christmas, please. Will you take care of first and last month's rent as well as the security deposit for me? That would be the best present EVER!!!

No really, I just want to see the smiles on the kids faces when they open certain gifts. It makes my heart smile.
Something I would like for material things is one of those new type mixers with the mixing bowl and several attachments.
