Me and my Girlfriend are both on the lease and both paid our fair share of the deposit. Now the gay landlord mailed him the deposit and he is refusing to send it back. What should and can i do?

Sue your former roommate for the deposit. You will need proof that you paid the deposit and proof that the landlord sent the entire deposit to your roommate to win.

Your case is with the ex-roommate not the landlord. There was no need to include that you think the landlord is gay.
