I was at a check out counter at Montgomery Wards years ago.
The cashier asked me if I wanted my purchase," for here or to go".

She was really embarrassed and explained that she also worked at McDonald's.

My friend is a manager at Taco Bell and he said that a lot of people drive through and demand a "Big Mac" or fries... He said that it can get annoing and very old, quickly...:)

That's like ordering pizza with "pepperon-eye" asking the order taker to make sure that your pizza is in fact dead, or asking if you get to keep the pizza box, sighing with relief when they say yes...
