Who's going to get it? I know I'm going to get it. But I want o to know if you go on the web anywhere you want of just at a hot spot?

Yep. It works kind of like a laptop by connecting to hotspots. I think it's pretty cool. I also think it doesn't just work with internet, but other stuff too, like a computer-DS cable browser. Meh, I dunno. As I understand, it might not even come out in the US, and a date for release in Europe hasn't been set. It's also got handwriting recognitions, which helps seeing as there is no keyboard... and here's a sucky part - you need both the GBA and DS slots to use it. Meh.

You need to connect to a wireless hotspot through the built in wireless control panel in order to use the web browser.

I would say that you will need a wireless connection to go onto the internet.
