what do i do if something off ebay might be stolen?

i bought i phone of an ebay power seller with an ebay shop, so i thought it was all above board. but its stopped working now cos apparantly its blacklisted as stolen, is there anything i can do?

Contact Ebay.

not really depends on what was stated in the auction contact ebay, they may do something im not sure never dealt with anything stollen on ebay

report it to your local fbi office maybe, but definately contact ebay
