15(d^-9) = 15/d^9

basic TIP for u: whenever a value has a negative exponent, u get its reciprocal. in other words, if the negative exponent is part of numerator, u bring it down to the denominator, and vice versa. but REMEMBER, this is only applicable when the operation used in the numerator/denominator is MULTIPLICATION.
