My car was put into the shop two weeks ago.. first day they told me it needed new spark wires and would order parts and it would be ready the next day.. the next day they tell me I might need a new engine and that they needed to contact the dealership about something.. I called yesterday and he said they were waiting on the dealership for something and then they would let me know.. it's two weeks now. I still haven't got a clear answer on what is wrong with the car.

Is there anyway I can say nevermind and get it towed somewhere else? Or what do I do?

They really don't have a clue what's happening.
Spark plug wires are always in stock and take about 5 minutes to install. So an entire day....Mmmm.
Now they're giving up and calling Chrysler, they have no idea.

go down to the dealership, in the a.m. when they open. ask to see the service manager. be polite. nice professional. the softer u speak the more respect u will get. ask for the whole story. and ask who he needs to call. if he doesn't have a good answer, have the local news station handy by phone..establish a contact b4 u go... I writing this as i think, sorry. and sit in his office and ask the news crew to meet u at the dealership. make it headline news at 6 pm that day..and see what happens..

Every day, keep phoning them and asking. Ask for the Service Manager and ask him about Chrysler Customer Service number and then, try contacting Chrysler yourself. (I believe they have an 800 number hotline for Customer Service problems and questions).

Keep an open line to the service manager, and ask him what the phone number is to the Corperate office, he has to give it to you, and it will get his attention.
