There are a few roses look just like that. It would be nice if you can also include the leaves, cane and the size. It looked probably an English or old rose?? Hard to say...

I would say Dedok has possibly got it right. It could also be a "Gertrude Jekyll"
If you go to the David Austin website:

and click rose finder, Double/full bloom and dark Pink, you will be able to examine the specs. and look at some great flowers too.

pretty sure that is a Madame Issac Pereire Bourbon rose
