How long before Bush pardons him?

No time, to little time, isn't perjury still a crime, the judge said the evidence was overwhelming.

he's getting too much time since the whole issue was to find out who the leaker was and it wasn't scooter, but richard armitage, deputy secretary of state. scooter is going to jail because he told the jury he heard of plame from a reporter when he actually heard of her from cheney.

bush will pardon him on the way out.

I think he's a scap-goat and shouldn't have been convicted or received any time.
