Obama how he planned to increase our military by 100,000 men(and women)?

His answer was that he would pay for it by cutting military systems from the cold war! If you haven't noticed china is building their military for a confrontation with us and russia is starting to rebuild also, and this guy wants to give away our military advantage. It's typical democrat to tell the troops how much they care about them, offer them raises as a bribe to get their vote then take away some of the best weapons systems they have.

Then dodd chimed in that he thought it was a good idea and that he would cut the f-22 raptor! They are going to take away the state of the art fighter that is going to replace the f-15 at a time when the russians and europeans are developing next generation airplanes that will be able to defeat the f-15. As always the dems are weak on defense even though they try to talk tough.

Democrats have never cared about or been good at our defense.

You do know the Cold War is over, right? His plan is to cut funding that goes to systems that are from the Cold War, and start newer, better systems that would include 100,000 more troops. I fail to see how this is bad for the military or defense.

I don't know much about the f22 raptor idea from Dodd.

Wasn't that the 'peace dividend' and didn't Clinton already spend it?
