No your I.P. will be issued to you by the WiFi router of that specific hot spot and this will change every time you connect to a new hot spot. However, when you return home your I.P. should return to your original address.

no, your ip is internet protocol address and its going to be different for different hot spots as it is different for each internet account hook ups. if you use a wireless setup in your home and don't have it set fore a secure hook up anyone with a laptop can be within your range and access the web on your account and any wrong doing they would do could be traced back to your ip address.
