Is there another way to contact Patch Perfect and find status of my order?

Email address?? PATCH PERFECT 1-866-272-9951 webpage http://www.picustomerservice.com did not allow me to ask them any questions regarding when they would ship the product.
I ordered through some sort of 'dealer' and still haven't gotten a reply. Pleasehelp.

DANGER!!!!! CONSUMER FRAUD!!!! CANCEL YOUR ORDER.... I tried this product it does not work... Buy real grass seed at Home Depot....
