Sorry, I've never heard of either Cialice or Vigra.

You mean Cialis and Viagra?
The only other ED medication is Levitra. It will be just as expensive (maybe more so--it's the newest) as the other two.
Only those 3 prescription medications are available. And there are no over-the-counter products available.
Do some price shopping---find a pharmacy that has a better price. But NEVER order them on-line. Not ever. 99% of medications ordered on-line are FAKES.

The first thing you need to do is see the doc to find out what is causing your ED and then the doc can work with you to either correct what is wrong or find something that might help that is not expensive. Find the cause of your problems first though.

You can actually get a penile pump. This is a hand-held device that you use prior to sex. I'm not sure how much these pumps run, but I've seen them advertised. There are also things on the market like devices to put around the penis to constrict blood flow to the area and make it engorged, but I issue a word of caution to you about this products. These products are not reviewed by a doctor and can actually cause damage to your penis by destroying blood vessels and nerves. I would ask you to speak to your family doctor about alternatives that are safe.
