Definately cheesecake...I really don't know why, but there is just something about cheesecake. Pancakes seem like a complete breakfast food to me and there are only so many ways to change it up. Changing up cheesecake is no problem, but my favorite cheesecake is carmel swirl cheesecake. I love it. In all seriousness, I hate pancakes. I could take about 100 of them and blow them to smitherines...But I wouldn't do that to cheesecake..no sir. It demands attention when you put on that thanksgiving table...everyone looks at it like...I better eat this food fast so that I can get a piece of that....no one says that about pancakes because everyone can make pancakes. You don't get complements on pancakes...if someone in your family makes cheesecake well, you will hear about it until every woman in that family tries to do over your cheesecake (which never happens). Ha, you should have tried to make pancakes...bit*ch. :) I think that I am having a little too much fun with the question... :)
