Help, I'm racist to some ethnic groups. Is there a way to reduce it or to make me stop?

You just need to expose yourself to that group of people and the longer you are around that group of people the more you will understand them. I used to hate philipinos when I was in the navy. Well after 4 years of being around them I have found that they will have my back anytime I need something. It's all about being exposed.
