That was a form of socialized democracy not true democracy in Germany. Hitler broke laws, manipulated others, and killed people to gain power. It was not legal what he did or how he did it. Just as Saddam Hussein did in Iraq.
One unfortunate thing is that with democracy and freedom it is vulnerable to diactators manipulating the system to gain power.

Hitler was voted into office by the intellectuals of Germany...by the majority. That is exactly how a democracy works...it allows anything to be established if the majority approves. A Republic...protects the fundamental rights of the individual and the rights cannot be voted away by any group or majority. The US is a Republic...not a Democracy as some would have you believe....it was founded as such.

Hitler was evil. A democratic form of government is the only just form of government. I don't want to export democracy. I believe the US is exporting freedom, which is a good thing. Before the US, Iraqis were not allowed cell phones or TV dish antennas. That is truly ridiculous.

President Bush's speech from ground zero was as close to hilters ideology as I have ever seen from an an American elected official. I have no clue as to your comparising democracy with present day democracy and hitler. Had you ask this when grant was killing the native Americans, I would have full understanding, but then they get lost in all the "poor jew got killed in Poland". The export thing is lost to unless you want to export smallpox blankets to them.

Hitler used democracy as one tool to gain power. It was not his only tool and he generally had no use for democracy.

What are you talking about? Nazi Germany was a fascist, totalitarian state.
In fact, one of the definitions of fascism is "oppressive, dictatorial control". This would be the oppose of a democracy.

96% OF THE WORLD'S JEWS ARE ASHKENAZIM, WHO CAN TRACE THEIR ANCESTRY TO KHAZARIA, A CONGLOMERATE OF ARYAN TURKISH TRIBES WHICH CONVERTED TO JUDAISM IN A.D. 740.
THE ASHKENAZIM HAVE NO HISTORIC RIGHTS TO 'RETURN' AND OCCUPY LAND IN THE MIDDLE EAST. THEY SHOULD 'TRANSFER' TO THE STEPPES OF SOUTHERN RUSSIA OR STRAIGHT TO MONGOLIA WHERE ALL TURKISH TRIBES ORIGINATED!
8:42 Jesus said to the Jews, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me."
8:43 "Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you cannot hear My word."
8:44 "You are of your father the devil and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature; for he is a liar and the father of lies."
8:45 "But because I speak the truth, you do not believe Me." [JOHN 8:42-45]
