Absolutely! I use www.vistaprint.com. You can even spring for a few bucks and choose from a larger selection of designs.

Before you use Vista Print (as recommended by others), be aware that their ordering process is very complex, and you will have to pay for shipping of business cards. Your best bet is to go to Office Depot or Staples and get their lowest cost business cards.
