i have a plant, a climing vine that is turning brown at the base and very brittle. it sits on my porch in the?

shade and gets watered every other day. why is it dying?

Is it in a pot? You may need to plant it. Most climbing vines are perennials and should be put in the ground. Water it everyday if it is hot and dry out. :)

not made for shady porch needs sun, water when dry only?
