Back a few years ago, I think that what you're seeing was a lot rarer, and due to ignorance. Now, I think a lot of people are making a conscious choice. It's a deliberate mode of communication.
Since the target of such communication are people that will probably never need the services of a real estate attorney, I agree with the person who said that someone who applies for a job here and speaks or writes this way will not get a call-back. People who call here do NOT want to hear some kid answer the phone "Yo, wut up?"

Huh??? I dont understand a single word from those sentences! Those phrases are unintelligible and has just murdered the English language!! I wouldnt even consider a person who writes like that for a job application.

No, it does not even qualify as slang. This form of linguistic representation is more representative of single-digit IQ communication attempts. Employers will read their applications (a comprehensible resime would be out of the question) and say "WTF?" Many perfectly intelligent people communicate in this way. Unfortunately there are some who (sadly) really talk like this. Paper or plastic?

McDonald's will hire anyone, but I agree. If i was in hiring and saw this on a resume, that person doesn't get a call back.
