my friend was raped in febuary and rthe cops did nothing about it they put him in jail, and he was let out the next morning. then he kept harassing her at work, and the cops were called out numerous times but did nothing, so she was jsut getting over that, and then just as she was starting to trust other guys, she went out to lunch today with some guy, that she has known for like 5 years,and thought she could trust him. But turns out she couldnt, he took her up a dirt road to day pretended he took the wrong road, but then one thing lead to another, she kept telling himm, no and he started forcing himself on her, and she tried to get him off her and he kept getting on her, and then she finnally kicked him and then he finally left her alone, she came back to school all upset, i judt dont no what to do, she didnt want to do anything about it the last time and didnt want to tlak to anyone, so i am scared this time it will ruin her and she will end up hurting her self. please help me

If this child is a minor, have the parents file for a cuit against the kid. If this is an adult, again file a suit. If for nothing else, he will be exposed and shunned by the public. When he retaliates, he will be in deep water.

Protect her the best you can she will fell alone u must prove to her that she's not alone. and when and if she trys to push u away do not alow her no matter what don't let her go. hold her hand as tight as u can, cuz once u let her go she will hurtle in to a dark and lonely place. She will end up blaming herself for everything he did and if she loses u it will be so much wrose. when she becomes angry with you for bugging her (trying to help her) it's cuz she wants to be able to hurt herself cuz it's the easier way out. But u can't let her,the last thing u should do is give up on her!!!!!!!!! If you keep trying to help her you will end up hurt, but in the end you will have saved her!!! I mean it.
I would know... if my friends had been there I wouldn't have hurt so much and I would be able to trust others, but I have barely any trust for anyone not even my BFF. I lost my ability to even talk to people very easily. I never had any one to run to when I hurt I confided in myself for fear of hurting them. and she may be mutch wrose off if u leave her to cry to herself!!!!! Save her don't let her go she will thank u ing the end!!!!

Why is your friend getting into guys' cars? She needs a little common sense - and I would think she would have learned something from her past experience.
Tell her to drive herself in her own car when she goes to meet a guy for lunch. That way if she has to leave, she can. And tell her to stay in public places where there are other people around.

Your friend needs to report this new incident,I'ts sad but true but these days even the people you know and who are the closest to you can't be trusted.For the cops not doing anything she might want to get a lawyer because your friend is going to have doubts on trusting law enforcement if they don't help her this time.What your friend is going through needs to stop.
