Yeah, a head Nazi who performed terrible experiments on Jewish concentration camp people.
Things like, how many times can you break a leg before it won't heal anymore.
He died while swimming in Argentina in the late 60s or early 70s.

Dr Mengele was the lowest form of grub. A brilliant doctor, who, under the auspices of Medical Research, did Hitler's dirty-work in the area of interfereing with genetics. His experiments, especially those carried out on identical twins, were aimed at using as many as possible of Hitler's detainees to work towards creating the perfect puppets for German racial superiority. His experiments were among the most bizarre attempts to change the human life form ever documented.
Not only did he mutilate, torture, and generally interfere with genetics, but he did it all with the full sanction allowed by the situation that existed. A cowardly, cruel and insensitive man who wanted only to wallow in his contribution in creating the perfect Aryan for Hitler's gratification.

Joseph Mengele did anatomical experiments for the Nazis in WW2. He would saw arms off of identical twins and attempt to re-attach them to the other one, etc. Hitler was obsessed with genetics and creating the perfect race. Mengele headed up his "research" programs.

He was an evil man that did medical experiments on the victims of the holocaust. His speciality was dealing with children, especially twins. I believe he was also interested in changing eye color.
