What is the scariest thing you have seen another driver do in rush hour traffic?

I once saw a man in the lane next to me during an early morning commute reading a book!

I saw a woman shaving her legs. She had her skirt or dress pulled up with her calves on the steering wheel using them to drive, while shaving her legs. Scary. I got the he*l away from her. And to think I use to wonder why people always say "crazy woman drivers". I use to take offense to that because I'm a very conscientious driver, but then I see things like that and know why.

this wasn't during rush hour but I'm a courier so I see a bunch of crazy stuff, but what stick out in my mind was the lady driving w/ her knees, her hands were busy holding a bowl of food and eating, going over a bridge that went over a river.
