Names that are given to family members are often passed down, either given names (there are about 20 variations of "Mary" or "Marie among the cousins on my father's side because our grandmother's middle name is Marie) or the names we give adults for their family role -- Grandma, Nana, Meemaw, Nanny -- tend to be family traditions as well.
And, of course, you have the genes passed down from your family -- eye color, hair color, predisposition toward diseases, teeth, all kinds of genetic things. You could do that WITHOUT having to make anything up.
Good luck!

Something that may be passed down is like a coin, a birthmark, hair/eye colour, a photo, a military medallion awarded during a war, anything really..and it doesn't have to be something old it could be like 2 or 3 years old and been passed down from one person to another, clothes is another one..kinda like hand-me-downs

That's really sad that your family doesn't have anything that has been passed down.
A lot of family's (mine included) has pictures, jewelry (like an engagement ring or wedding ring), art, houses, land and china ... these things have sentimental value and may not be worth anything to others but just to the family it shares.

Dude, I can't answer all your questions about the bible, cuz I never read it, but I can tell you one thing, if you haven't heard the bible you don't go to hell, where did you hear that?! A lot of people in this world probably never even heard the religious book name "bible", and they obviously don't go to hell, and we don't even know where they go, maybe there is no such thing as hell and heaven, so there.
