I wouldnt advise it.The water will soak up the pad and then eventually you will have a bathing suit bottom that looks like your carrying a load when you step out of the pool!
Use a tampon.If the tampons are uncomfortable..they make the kind thats very slim.

nope. The pad will fill up with water.not be able to hold the blood and you will have crystalls from the pad all over. Like a babies soggy diaper at the beach, not to mention the bloody mess running down your legs. I've seen it at the beach before and it is really, really gross!

no way! ahh it soaks up all the water and would feel like a wet diper.. besides its not really sanitary.. and the most embaressing part would be if it feel out in the pool!! use tampons when you swim!! tampax pearl preferably.. they dont hurt at all and save u the embaressment! :0 good luck

No, you have to wear a tampon if you want to swim and you have your period.

No you cannot. If you want to swim while you have your period you have to use a tampon or a menstrual cup.

NO! The material is made to absorb liquid so when you get in the water its going to expand and get full of water. Not to sanitary. Try tampons

no. if you wear a pad your blood will come out of your swim suit, and you will be embarassed.
