Depends on legal terms. You may own the air above your property for a certain distance depending on local laws. International laws state certain limitations so satalites do not infringe on countries boundries. Otherwise, how far 'up' is, depends on your reference platform. From Earth, everything above your head is up. From an ant's point of view, it's about 5'10" different.
