Honestly no do dosnet desevre jail,she barly was even on the limt of drunk which it is 0.8 and that is what she had,she didnt know she wasnt allowed to drive that was her publicest fault on that,
She doesnt deserve jail time,
Paris did nothing wrong really,she is really nice I have met her in person and she spent like 20 mins of her time just to sign auotgraphs and take pictures for her fans and me,im sure she does it everyday.I respect her and really like her,I dont see why everyone hates her.She is probably the nicest celebritys ever.

In all honesty, I think she did deserve to go to jail.
She deserved what she got. if it was any other citizen,,,,, or you or I; we weren't going to be separated from the general population.
I still think she's given special privileges because she doesn't have to share a cell and they let her keep her hair extensions!
Come on, she's probably just sitting there crying feeling sorry for her dumb self and what she should be doing is sharing a cell w/someone and being treated like everyone else !!!

of course she deserved to go to jail just because she is famous doesn't make her immune to the same laws we have as people and i don't think her time should have been shortand it is hypocritical, we as a nation allow our stars to get away with more then should be allowed just because they are famous and we as people have to pay for it cause this shows our children oh well i can do it cause so and so did and all they got was 23 days in jail when in actuality they would spend like 6 months in jail. i think the famous people of our world could do with the same laws as us normal people have to endure.
that is just my opinion.

she should because she violated her probation, which would get us regular people alot more time than she got, plus she has the money to have a driver cart her rich spoiled as* around to get drunk, but obviously not the brains. I don't feel sorry at all for her, she has plenty of money to console her after her 23 or whatever measely amount of time she got, she is a party girl and sometimes they get caught breaking the law, just like the regular people do.

My friend had a cleaner record (not a billionaire though)
and had the same thing happen ..driving while suspended and did 50 days in real jail, not beginner jail full on give me your cookie jail.
