Depends on the condition of the battery. Most batteries discharged for that amount of time wont rebound if they are older. Unless they are deep cycle.
Lots of crazy answers..put + to - , and then - to +?? Only if the intended result is to fry both batteries, and blow the main fuses on both cars. Better yet..go test a household AC outlet with a 12v test light.
Remove the battery, and have it trickle charged. The longer the better.. 24hrs sounds enough. You need to nurse this battery back to health, just to be able to accept a charge. THEN have it load tested. A bad battery being charged by a running car may not charge correctly. Remember, the alternator output is based on what load it sees on the battery. Battery that is so dead, it won't accept a charge, alternator output will reflect that.
Most shops require a good battery to properly load test an alternator. Thats why.

If you can get someone to help you jump start your car take it for a drive if your alternator is functioning OK it will soon charge your battery , if this is not possible hook it up to a battery charger then it will take a few hours but your battery should still be ok just discharged.

For beginning, try to do a cross battery with an other car, you connect the(-) of you battery with the (+) of the other, the (+) of your car with the (-) of the other one, normally you can start the engine, after that you go for a ride ( 4hours ), to charge, your battery ( battery are automatically recharged when the engine turn on)... the best thing is to buy an other one ;)

Take battery to auto Zone or Kragen or any chain auto store and they will charge your battery as well as test your battery for free. some will even remove the battery and put it back if good at the store. NO the battery may not be gone, but it needs to be checked.

You never know until you try.
Have someone give you a jump start and let your car run about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the car off and try starting it again in a half hour. If it starts, you going to be OK. If not, you know what comes next.

Should charge up after 45 minutes on a trickle charger at low 12 volt setting. If it doesn't retain a charge then you will have to replace it.

That's a toss up.....
If it's newer, you may get lucky.
If it's over four years old, buy a new one.
