Well, in fairness to the republicans, democrats did very little to prevent the Iraqi catastrophe. It is also possible to be in favor of the ideals of the republican party but also think George Bush is a bad president.

I don't think either party works well at this point. The conservatives (most Republicans) still want to keep people down. The liberal dems have completely unrealistic goals. The true path lies some where in between. Common sense has died in this country and its Resurrection is long overdue. Conservatives need to realize that we are all people and due equal rights (yes even non-christians and Gays) and Liberals need to realize that just because you are Gay or A non-christian, that doesnt make you xtra special.
To the republicans I say: Two people that love eachother should be able to get married , gay or straight
To the Liberal dems i say: Chiristianity is not a bad thing. Its a christmas tree, not a holiday tree. get over yourselves.
Sorry if i went off topic. i tend to rant a bit.

lol, because everyone knows that the Democratic party is all the rage right now. The entire government has faltered over the past two decades, it's not a matter of republicans and democrats.
This presidential election is looking pretty horrid at this point on both sides. Obama is flat out corrupt. So is Hilary (check the news, she's been associating with organizations that takes advantage of the elderly). Edwards is just out there in outer space...he says the War in Iraq isn't big deal.
On the republican side, Rudy just stays lukewarm on almost every issue so he doesn't lose favor with one side. Mitt Romney is OK, but he really needs to start making his own plans rather than simply attacking his opponent's.
The two candidates I favor are Fred Thompson and Joe Biden (though I don't know much about him yet). Yeah, both sides have pretty much left their crap all over the place, not just the Republicans. :)

what death and lies? how do you expect to get good answers if you dont cite specific acts?
Iraq War- Research 'Security Resolution 1441'. Also research 'saddam hussein atrocities'.
Also, why do you non-patriots suddenly turn on your country just because you have the perception we are losing.
Its people like you that allowed 6 million jews,homo-s, mental patients and elderly to die in Nazi concentration camps. the spirit of isolationism, defeatism, and social darwinism(not too sure about the last one but it sounds cool ; ) ] that killed all those children of god has reared its ugly head in you.
Valerie Plane Incident- The lady was a state-side pencil-pusher who gave her husband(who also worked for the CIA) easy assignments, like politey asking the nigerians (whose biggest export is uranium) if they were dealing with the iraqi representatives visiting their nation. she is DEFINITELY not some super-secretive uber-agent that drives a aston-martin and wears an exploding rolex.
TO OTHER POSTERS: Isnt funny that the same people who thought terrorism wasnt a great threat before 9/11 are the the ones that think 'bush did it or bush lied and people died'. I just think thats HiLarIOuS!

How can anybody still be a Democrat? Both parties (aside from a few patriots such as Congressman Ron Paul) are merely puppets who will dance to whatever tune the owners of the Federal Reserve play. If you haven't read the Owen-Glass Act and are unfamilar with how the Federal Reserve operates there are a number of books on the topic.
How can anybody actually believe the rhetoric that the Democrats are the "party of the people" and represent the average American. Both major parties are in bed with special interest groups (Jerry Brown was right). How else do you explain the massive millions upon millions that BOTH parties raise to 'compete' with each other.
It's a farce. That's the big lie. Aside from rhetoric neither Party is for the people any more than Adolf Hitler was for the Jews. Wake Up America!

Republicans don't represent the Conservatives in America very well but they sure do better than the Socialist Left who would destroy the free enterprise system that made America strong.
Therefore, Conservatives shall continue to attempt to get the Republicans to move more toward representing their views.
The Democrats have already taken their firm stand AGAINST all that makes America great and against providing opportunity to those with the drive to succeed.

George W Bush does not reflect traditional Republican values of accountability, self responsibility, honesty, fiscal responsibility, and small government. The Republicans are going to either redefine their social policies by nominating Giuliani or Romney or go back to their Conservative ways with Thompson or McCain.
How can anyone have faith in Democrats after the 2004 election when they nominated Bush's Skull & Bones counterpart toolbox John Kerry? That election should have been a slam dunk.

It's really quite easy, you just go and apply for a voters registration and select "Republican" as your political affiliation.
That is the way I do it.
But that doesn't mean that I am obligated to support bad behavior associated with Republicans.

Because the alternative is a disgusting mess. Are you telling me that the previous administration wasn't responsible for the more than 4,000 military deaths that occurred under their watch and that they never lied? So, by your premis, how could you even begin to side with them, or are you just another hypocrit?

Easy! Conservative values are important!
How can someone be a socialist Dem? How can someone in their right mind believe many of the things that the socialist/left preach? How can people believe that our government blew up the twin towers? How can they believe that the rich don't pay a huge amount of taxes? How can they believe that amnesty is a good thing for this country when it will cost taxpayers BILLIONS of dollars and get nothing in return?
