I have built forum with free phpbb http://www.hostingphpbb.com/forum/teenmasala.html.this site having google adsense already but it not my accounts. now i want keep adsense. please help and also tellme in step wise

You need to create a free Google account and sign up for Adsense. It is all free, just go to the Google site and click on 'Advertising Programs' then Adsense. You sound like you already have a website which is the only prerequisite.
Once you are approved you will be given a Publisher ID - a 16 digit number.
You say that you already have someone's Adsense on your site, so open your site for editing, you need to find the Adsense ad amongst the html source code, then just delete the publisher number and substitute your own.
The line of code looks like this:
google_ad_client = "pub-3056475452051216";

Yes it's possible to place adsense forums. But when you create a free forum. the site owner will place his ads.just check whether they will permit you to place ads.
if so download free adsense forum theme and just insert your adsense publisher code
