The Seattle Seahawks were all banged up last year. Numerous injuries to the O line and skill posiitons inhibited their offense from getting into a groove. Their defense gave up WAY too many big plays, over the top and on the ground. With added depth through free agency and the draft we will not have that problem again. We will see the Seahawks offense that we have been accustomed to seeing since 2003. Walter Jones anchors a deep and solid O line. Alexander will get to run through the holes that are opened up. Hasselbeck will get to throw to a deep receiving corps composed of nothing but draft picks. Strong is a Pro Bowl fullback. The D line is deeeep with young talent. Best linebacker trio in the league. Deep secondary. Clutch kicker in Josh Brown. Weak schedule. Only tough games on the schedule are being played at Qwest Field and everyone knows we will set a record for false starts against opposing O lines. 12th Man Beyotch!!!

Miami's my team.
John Beck w/ a good o-line: 9-7 to 11-5
John Beck w/ a crappy o-line: 6-10 or worst.
Trent Green w/ a good o-line: 8-8 at best.
Trent Green w/ a crappy o-line: 4-12...if we're lucky.
100% healthy Dante Culpepper w/ a good o-line: 10-6 or better.
100% healthy Dante Culpepper w/ a crappy o-line: 6-10 to 9-7.
A NOT healthy Dante Culpepper w/ a good o-line: 6-10.
A NOT healthy Dante Culpepper w/ a crappy o-line: 3-13...maybe.
Cleo Lemon w/ a good o-line: 4-12.
Cleo Lemon w/ a crappy o-line: 2-14.
Okay, that's it. We have four QB's to think about, and our defense will do most of the work if we have Green or Lemon, and a not healthy Culpepper, but it won't be good enough. We better get Beck or a 100% Culpepper.

Cleveland Browns... 4-12 last year
I think 7-9 is realistic this year, but the QB situation needs some serious improvement.

My favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. We have a new coach and it's hard to tell how good the team was last year since alot of our better players were injured, but I think we will make the playoffs this year.

Steelers will probably go 9-7 and make the playoffs, but won't go too deep....
