Herb Crusted Filet of Salmon, or the Miso Salmon are both very good, and very healthy.

If you like salads, I reccomend the Herb-Crusted Salmon Salad, which is very lite, and will leave you with room to have Chris' Outrageous Chocolate Cake.

Have fun.

Their chicken dishes tend to suck- they end up dry or oversauced. Their salads are too big. Their pastas are fairly creative and tasty, but filling.

My secret has been to order backwards. I start with the Oreo Cheesecake or Turtle Cheesecake or Snickers Cheesecake, then order an entree. Based on how full I am at that point, I decide whether or not to order an appetizer. Don't laugh, my waiter the last time said "you'd be suprised at how many people order this way".

The other piece of advice I would give you is that though you would have to pay full portion, they will serve you lunch portions in the evening. This always leaves room for dessert. Most of the time, if you are in a big enough party, they'll just hit you up for the lunch portion price with a sharing fee.

To me Cheesecake Factory's potions are outrageous. Everytime I go there I always take home left overs that lasts me a couple of days!! (Thats why 60% of America is obese)

However, Cheesecake Factory has new Weight Management Salads.

They are soo good and the portions are not small below is the list with nutritutional information.

I know exactly what you mean... The portion size in this place is usually HUGE, and if you are a health-freak like me, this is what I recommend:
Order the Thai Lettuce Wraps, ONLY. They come with a combination of toppings so you can make your own lettuce wraps. The Tamarind-Cashew sauce is AWESOME!
For dessert, the best cheesecakes are in my particular opinion:
1. Chocolate Oreo Mudslide Cheesecake
2. Key lime cheesecake
3. Craig's crazy carrot cake cheesecake

Remember to share these.. Tthey are enormous!

Enjoy

Their four-cheese pasta or their meatloaf for an entree. For the dessert selection I would reccomend traditional cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake, or chocolate mousse cheesecake. They're all very good. You can pretty much guarantee that anything you order will be delicious, and very filling.

**healthy? Haha! Not at that restaurant!
The fried macaroni and cheese is awesome. But the best thing on the menu is the Navajo chicken sandwich. Hands down. Share it, and you'll have room for cheesecake.

I have been in your situation. I think the Luau salad is amazing for an entree, and then order your favorite cheesecake. I like the new Tres Leches Cheesecake.

I've only been there a few times and I always get the four cheese pasta. Not the healthiest, but I'm sure you will find something healthy on the menu. If you are worried about eating too much, when it comes put half of it in a to go box.

I love the Baja Chicken Tacos. They have carmelized onions on top and are served with guacamole. Yum...I'm so hungry! Oh- and as for cheesecake, German Chocolate is the best! Drooling....
