I HAVE A PROJECT WHICH IS A FESTIVAL CELEBERATING A 100 years on the faculty of fine arts
and a need some help like refferences or sites that could help

Start by reading what others have done. Go to google and type in: fine art festival. Talk to others in your city or college and find out what they have done. How big will your festival be? What kind of budget are you being given?
I have worked on many festivals through the years and it will simply be your own creativity as well as that of the committee you put together that will spell success. Good luck.

to get all the info you can handle....type in the key words in yahoo which takes you to sites that have links...you can find more than you could possibly need this way....hope it helps
