I would only go in the USA.

Personally I would not use any company that is out of the country.

They say they are cheaper, BUT, think of the costs.

Passports
Airfare
Hotel Reservations
Rental Car
Food and drink
Hospital and surgery fees

There is also the point that you should NOT be flying after surgery for at least a month.

Then, what happens if you happen to have complications?

What if the doctor was negligent? How much red tape would you have to go through in order to get rightfully compensated for another country's doctor's negligence.

It is not safe at all. That is how people get really sick from botched surgeries and they usually come back with the surgery messed up and have to pay more to get it fixed in the us. It is not worth it at all.
