You need to get that belt replaced.
You can spray belt lube on it or adjust it, but that won't last long.
Once a belt has slipped it becomes glazed and is ruined.
,
The belt turns your power steering pump, alternator and your air conditioner compressor.
If the belt slips your alternator may not be charging your battery properly and this in turn could cause some electrical problems.
,
Get the belt replaced first.
Then worry about the other problem after a few days of driving.
If after a few days, the battery is up and you still have electrical problems then I suggest you look at them one at a time.
.
Loose fuses and loose ground wires are the most common causes of radio problems.
Corrosion of connectors is common where moisture and salt are found together.

I'd agree with your initial assessment that your fan belt is probably old and slipping. A new fan belt should solve your squeeling sound.

For the spedo, radio and reverse lights, check the fuse panel and see if you've simply have a blown fuse.

Yes your fan belt is slipping. You can buy spray-on belt dressing at a auto store, or have a mechanic tighten it up or replace it. Bar Soap applied to the inside of the belt will also keep it from making noise until you can have it looked at.

It usually starts doing that after you leave the comp. on for a long time with or without applications open. Mine does it all the time now so I'm used to it. Mine is a dimension 9100. There's nothing wrong with the computer mine's 2 yrs. old too. It's been doing this for a long time.
