no it doesn't cease, you get the same stuff out and more bad stuff in your body, you also can give yourself kidney damage, or other organ damage. grosse!

not to mention bad breath for life

Hi. Well if you can see your toothbrush from your john then you are brushing you teeth with small particles of it, so I guess nothing happens.
