Non-support laws that require a man to pay support regardless if he is making less money than his wife!

Yes their are constitutional rights partial towards one gender, because when they were all written WOMEN had no rights, since women have earned their rights, other ethnic groups have taken constitutional rights and made them bias.

in example, African Americans take freedom of speech out of White Americans hands and persecute everything they say. Its alright blacks to say what they want to anybody, hell steve harvey on the radio the other day was making racist remarks about whites, but let Don Imus or anyone else say half the stuff he was saying and they would be fired.

This country is sooo screwed up anymore its more about being politically correct than constituionally correct, our forefathers are rolling in their graves

No. Though it may take loose interpretation of many of the older passages, it's entirely possible to interpret and aply the Constitution without gender bias.

well, its not constitutional but complete control over another growing life is very partial to women.
