A selection of fine bath products and foot products. Relaxation and stuff for her most important asset, her feet. There are places in every mall specializing in these items. Good Luck

a gift card to a spa is a good idea. Try not to buy her a little statue or trinket. My dance teacher has shelves of those all over the studio. Chances are, her teacher has a lot of those too, and it would just be added to the collection. While it might be beautiful, it might not stand out. I gift card for a pedicure or manicure might be nice also. Or even little framed drawing your daughter drew for her. People love homemade gifts! Or how about some perfume or a necklace with a dance-related pendant. Whatever you decide to get her, I think you should have your daughter make a card. They always mean so much more than the store-bought ones. Help her decide what to say in it if she's too young to do it on her own. Or you could look around online for some original quotes. I'm sure she'll really appreciate the thought you put into whatever gift you give.

What kind of music does her teacher like? The reason why I am asking is because you could get her a music box and have her make a bag for her that has little dance shoes and music notes sewn onto it. The place where you can find fabric and other things that you may need is either Johanns Fabric or Micheals. They have great gear for artistry as well as sewing classes- or at least they did when I went there.

Lot's of good answers.
How about a DVD?
I think Shall We Dance with Richard Gere is wonderful.
Even a classic like Singing in the Rain might be a good idea.

How about a music box with a drawer? You could put a picture of your daughter or a small drawing she has done of herself dancing inside the drawer.
