Hello Ryan, This is the way I get rid of those sweat stain´s. Buy some old fashioned soap, it´s normally a brown block. This you can find in your local hardware store. Soak your shirt in cold water, remove from the water. Now give a good rub with the soap, leave the shirt free from water, with the soap on, 1/2 hr should be enough. This let´s the soap do ´it´s work. Now back to the water, give a little rub to the stain´s, add more soap. This time leaving the soap on ,pop into your machine 0n a 40ºc wash,. Next thing to do is to hang your shirt outside in the sun. The sun will do the rest of the work for you , by bleaching out any remaining stains the natural way. Hope this help´s you

You never go to a doctor to cure your sweat, they might chop off some part of your body because your the customer! Usually white shirt in hot water laundry machine is good enough. Unless your holding envelops under your arm pit or some strange animal. You should scrub your arm pit really well during showers, some deodorants leave a film or stain. Liquid soap with anti-bacteria and skin conditioner is good.

Pretreat the stain with a remover like Shout or something. Then add baking soda to the load of laundry. 1/4 to 1/2 cup should be fine.
If you have the stain on a white shirt, you can use a little bit of hydrogen peroxide. Put it on the stain and let it set for about 30 minutes and then wash.

If you make a paste with some baking soda and lemon juice, rub it in well and throw in the wash. It will disappear. (works for ring around the collar too!).
