Tums, Mylanta, or Maalox are what is suggested after 13weeks for indigestion on the paper my doctor gave me.

Yes, you can. I had to try al sorts of antacids while prego with my kids, if you're worried ask your Dr but I'm sure you can take Pepcid and Tums

I had horrible heartburn with both my babies. I tried everything and the only thing that worked and didn't make me sick was generic tums. The brand name made me vomit.

Call your OB and see what they recommend before trying anything.
