Conservatives don't reply to serious questions. They only use Y/A to bash their opponents - usually in a particularly ignorant manner.

Possibly something along the lines of: "Restorative Justice is a noble idea when aplied to individuals, but difficult to implement. When applied to whole societies, though, like so many policies painted as 'social justice,' it is just Socialism and Communism in disguise."

Like most "liberal" ideas, conservatives don't object to the intentions and goals. What we object to is the deprivation of freedom caused by the goals being achieved by use of the government.
In other words: everyone wants to help their fellow man (yes, even conservatives), but we differ on the method to achieve that. Liberals believe in the government forcing all people to participate, whether they have the desire or means to (this is also knows as slavery and oppression). Conservatives believe we can accomplish the same goals through the private sector, where each individual has the FREEDOM to choose whether to participate, and to what extent they participate.
You either believe in freedom, or you don't. What do you believe?

Restorative justice seeks to paint the criminal as a victim, the victim of a crime as an oppressor and society as the agent of blame. Restorative justice belongs on the scrape heep of history along with other secular idiocy such as Communism, the UN, and fascism.

I believe there has to proper penalties for crime so society knows that justice is been done. Yes rehabilitation can come into it but should not replace punishment.
